The sun rises and so does my spirit...

This pic says it all...it is lighter...

At the beginning on July sunrise was 7h55, and now it is 7h41 (according to my moon app), it feels so much lighter when we go in. But it is still really cold, this morning the temp was 8 degrees, and seeing that I did not go in very deep, I could feel the wind chill factor cutting through me!

There was also a lot of kelp, and my shower at home looked like a beach with all the sand.

This is another tricky week of having to be in the office earlier and thus not quite making it to 7am swims :-( but hoping to get in at least 2 more swims.
