Spring tide 27 December 2023

The NSRI issues a Spring tide warning, and yet we swam in lake like conditions. I was trying to understand that and here's a fun fact of the day...during the spring tide, high tide might be higher, but low tide is lower...and apologies if I was the only one that did not know that... we don't have tides in the Free State where I grew up :-)
