Our swims = poetry

I asked ChatGPT to write a poem...about our swims and the community, I could not have said it any better myself so here goes:

'In the chill of dawn, by the ocean's embrace, We gather together, in this wild, sacred place, Where waves crash and tides ebb, unceasingly strong, We find our connection, where we all belong. With shivers and goosebumps, we wade through the cold, In the depths of the water, our stories are told, Each splash and each gasp, a bond that we share, In the depths of the ocean, we find solace there. As the sun breaks the horizon, painting the sky, Our community forms, as we dare to defy, The comfort of warmth, the allure of the shore, For in the cold water, we find something more. We encourage each other, with laughter and cheer, Facing fears and uncertainties, with no trace of fear, In the company of kindred spirits, we stand strong, Building community, where we all belong. The ocean unites us, in a dance with the sea, As we plunge and we swim, feeling wild and free, The salt on our skin, like a badge of our pride, In this watery communion, no secrets we hide. With every stroke, we connect, heart and soul, In the embrace of the waves, we find our role, Building a fellowship, resilient and true, In the cold water's depths, we discover what's new. And when we emerge, from the depths of the blue, With rosy cheeks and smiles, our bonds ever grew, We carry the ocean, in our hearts, in our veins, A community of swimmers, where love always reigns. In the company of friends, we warm from within, As the sun climbs the sky, our hearts start to sing, For in the cold water's embrace, we have found, A community, a family, where love knows no bound.' Here is a pic of the 'community' this morning
