New moon vibes

The new moon is 1.9 days old today...and the weather is changing tomorrow. It is nice to keep track of these things and fits my hypothesis that it is the new moon that brings the big tides and not the full moon...

The ocean was flat today and visibility was great, it felt a bit cold, but thermometer said it's not that cold :-). As we were walking back to the beach after the swim I could not help but think that in the same spot about a week ago we experienced big waves, it is just so amazing how the same spot can be so different from day to day.
