It's been a cold week!

I am contemplating whether this title is true...

I listen to podcasts whilst driving to work, and one of my favorite podcasts are the Hubermanlab. It is science-based and Dr Andrew Huberman interviews experts in their fields. This week I was listening to his interview with Dr Susanna Soeberg about cold and heat exposure. And let's be honest, I think the Baltic Ocean and the North Sea might be slightly colder than our 'freezing' 11 degrees Celsius this week! That said...here in Africa 11 degrees is cold...
