After a frosty 11.5 degree swim yesterday I really didn’t feel like a repeat today. In the dark, in the pouring rain…. I had to dig really deep. The ‘stinking thinking’ started…I told myself to shut the f@&k up and just go. Boy I’m glad I did. The ocean is pure, restorative magic. My troubles literally washed away! Filled with deep gratitude and feeling so grounded. What a beautiful world we live in. Happy mid week peeps. Light and love and oceanic joy.
