A trip down memory lane

I started early morning dips in the sea in 2019, this is one of the frist pics someone else took of us. Back then it was Chad, Jim and myself, and then Lisa joined. We swam through most of COVID - to me the swims was a saviour back then, I was very involved with the setting up of the field hospitals, the call centre etc. and it was stresful work. And then the little group kept growing, more people joined, some people left. And still, it feels novel and new every time, the water, the temperature, the waves - sometimes angry, sometimes gentle. It is just never the same.
